Lung cancer does not always follow the story people expect.

Screening is not about expecting bad news. It is about reducing uncertainty, and giving you and your clinician more options while there are more options to have.

Bryan LeBlanc

Family experience

Twenty years later, the experience still shapes the way Bryan thinks about early detection.

His story is a reminder that behind every diagnosis is a patient, a family and a period of life that can change very quickly when cancer is found late.

Earlier detection matters because it can create more opportunity to act before those options begin to narrow.

As we continue sharing perspectives, we want to bring forward the experiences that explain why this work matters to the people behind it.

This is Bryan’s.
